On 5/27/15, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards as the employer permitted use of plastic multi receptacle electrical strip plug ins in various areas, including: 1 Gang Saw area 2 - Sorter Platform temp cord powering multistep receptacle outlet used for light 3 - Planer Mill Platform (at end of stacker line) used to charge battery In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
