29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least described how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training would be met. a. Kremer's Guns LLC located in Celina, Ohio: On or about April 22, 2015, the employer did not ensure a hazard communication program was developed and implemented to cover the chemical hazards for lead, arsenic, unspent gun powder containing sulfur and potassium nitrate, and D Lead surface cleaner containing 2-butoxyehtanol and sodium tripolyphosphate.
