29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent, continuous, and effective. a. In the electrical room, the black 4 gauge wire used to energize the Leeson Model C6T17FC9H Motor in the Head House, was not grounded. Employees were exposed to an electrical contact hazard. b. In the "old set up", the flexible cord was missing the ground pin. Employees were exposed to an electrical contact hazard. c. In the bagging area, the flexible cord for the fan was missing the grounding pin. Employees were exposed to an electrical contact hazard.
