29 CFR 1910.305(a)(1)(i): Metal raceways, cable trays, cable armor, cable sheath, and other metal enclosures for conductors were not metallically joined together into a continuous electric conductor. This violation was observed on or about April 17, 2023, at the bottom of the 700-ton hydraulic press in the shop, raceways containing equipment wiring was not joined and did not maintain a continuous electric conductor. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure that raceways are maintained with a continuous electric conductor.
