29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1): Openings through which conductors enter boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: A.) Warren Railcar Service, Inc., - On or about 8/19/15, the pendant box for the 6 ton crane did not have strain relief for the wiring. The wiring was not effectively enclosed at the top of the pendant box where the wiring had pulled out of the box leaving an open area.
