29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not used or installed in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. a.) On or about August 23, 2023, and at times prior thereto, a relocatable power tap was zip-tied to a yellow beam in front of dip tanks in the shop. This exposed employees to electrical hazards. b.) On or about August 23, 2023, and at times prior thereto, a relocatable power tap was zip-tied to a grey metal pole next to a desk in the shop across from tank A-10. This exposed employees to electrical hazards. c.) On or about August 23, 2023, and at times prior thereto, a relocatable power tap was secured to the wall next to a desk in the shop across from tank A-10. This exposed employees to electrical hazards.
