29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not used or installed in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. This violation was observed on or about April 17, 2023, along the west side wall of structure, north of the plasma table where a relocatable power tap was secured to the structure wall, exposing employees to electricals hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure electrical equipment is being used in accordance with their intended use.
