29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: On or about May 8, 2019, the following electrical wiring was subject to abrasion. 1. In building A near the Martin resistance welder there was an electrical flexible cord between the cabinets that was run into an unprotected vertical conduit for an electrical receptacle. 2. In building B behind the Mubea ironworker at the wall there was an electrical junction box with the conduit separated exposing the unprotected wiring. 3. In building C near the Allen drill press at the wall there was an electrical receptacle with the conduit separated exposing the unprotected wiring.
