29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(v)(C): Branch-circuit conductors were laid on the floor. Shipping Area exterior building exit- Employees entering and exiting the facility were not protected from an electric shock hazard where a 480 volt branch circuit was placed directing on the ground outside the exit to provide power to a temporary air compressor. The 480 volt branch circuit was placed on the ground between the building and compressor where employees walk from the parking lot and step on the branch circuit; which was evident due to the foot prints in the snow.
