29 CFR 1910.120(q)(2)(xi): The employer did not develop an emergency response plan for emergencies addressing PPE and emergency equipment: a) Ethylene Oxide Continuous Plant, Croda-Atlas Point. - On or about November 25, 2018, the employer failed to address PPE, such as air-supplied respirators, for employees remaining in the Control Room during an emergency ethylene oxide release, contributing to employee exposure to ethylene oxide.
