29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Canopy Department - The employer did not insure that electrical equipment, such as the no brand name square fan, listed and labeled for household use only, were used in accordance with manufacturer instructions. b) Canopy Department - The employer did not insure that electrical equipment, such as the Cyclone brand fan, listed and labeled for household use only, were used in accordance with manufacturer instructions. c) Department 36 - The employer did not insure that electrical equipment, such as a power strip, listed and labeled for household use only, were used in accordance with manufacturer instructions. The power strip was permanently mounted to the work table and used to service hand grinders, hand drills and other shop equipment, and the power strip had visible signs of fire damage on the back side. d) Department 36 - The employer did not insure that electrical equipment, such as a power strip, listed and labeled for household use only, were used in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
