29 CFR 1910.119(h)(2)(i): The employer, when selecting a contractor, did not obtain and evaluate information regarding the contract employer's safety performance and programs: a- Hess Port Reading Refinery - The employer failed to obtain and evaluate required safety and health programs such as but not limited to lockout tagout, hazard communication and respiratory protection for Sealtec, a valve/pipe repair contractor who worked throughout the refinery. Condition noted on or about 02/19/09.
