29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): Load(s) on powered industrial truck(s) were not stable or safely arranged: a) At 4895 Old Louisville Road, Garden City, GA 31408 in Warehouses 1 and 2, and the Lot: On or about December 16, 2022, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and entrapment hazards, in that safely arranged and stable loads were not handled by employees according to the standard operating procedure that performed unloading and loading tasks with the forklifts.
