29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i):Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: a. Break Room - On or about February 17, 2022, the receptacle box in the breakroom was missing a faceplate, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. b. Chemical Room - On or about February 17, 2022, the employer was using a receptacle box that was missing the face plate, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
