29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employers did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met: Central Paper Stock, Inc. located at 6665 Jonas Place in Berkeley, MO 63134: The employer is failing to protect employees from chemical hazards. This condition was observed on or about 10/26/2021. The employer did not implement a hazard communication program for employees who were exposed to including, but not limited to, the following chemicals daily: a) Liquid propane: Employees operated propane powered forklifts in the facility. Employees changed liquid propane tanks on a regular basis. b) Combustible dust: The processing of paper products during baling operations generated combustible dust. c) Paper Testing Solution, 4282: Employees use product to test certain batches of paper prior to processing
