29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(ii): Flexible cords were not used only in continuous lengths without splice or tap: a) 9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ, 08110- Building 8, Sutton 4 Press: There was a splice in the control box wiring of equipment including, but not limited to, a P&H Hevi-Lift underhung, rail mounted hoist (shapes internal machine number 1562) used to move extrusion items including, but not limited to billets, observed on or about 3/9/2017. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
