29 CFR 1910.1025(m)(2)(i): The employer did not post warning signs in each work area where the PEL was exceeded. a. Kremer's Guns LLC located in Celina, Ohio: On or about May 21, 2015, the employer did not ensure warning signs were posted in the work area warning of lead hazards. An employee was over exposed to lead at 909 ug/m3 when cleaning the shooting range which exceeded the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 ug/m3 by 1818%.
