29 CFR 1910.213(h)(3): Radial saw(s) were not provided with an adjustable stop to prevent the forward travel of the blade beyond the position necessary to complete the cut in repetitive operations: a)9000 River Rd, Pennsauken, NJ- Building 11, Shipping Department: Employees were operating radial arm saws which did not properly stop the forward travel of the blade used to cut wood for palletization of aluminum products to be shipped, which was observed on or about 4/16/15. b)9000 River Rd, Pennsauken, NJ- Building 3, Shipping Department: Employees were operating radial arm saws which did not properly stop the forward travel of the blade used to cut wood for palletization of aluminum products to be shipped, which was observed on or about 5/13/15. c)9000 River Rd, Pennsauken, NJ- Building 6, Shipping Department: Employees were operating radial arm saws which did not properly stop the forward travel of the blade used to cut wood for palletization of aluminum products to be shipped, which was observed on or about 6/22/15.
