29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(9)(ii): Training was not provided prior to or at the time of initial assignment and/or at least annually thereafter for employees likely to be exposed in excess of a permissible exposure limit (PEL) and for employees performing Class I through IV asbestos operations: The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to asbestos hazards associated with abatement and removal activities. The condition was most recently observed on or about December 5th, 2018 at the facility located at 137 Hale Library, Manhattan, KS 66506. The employer did not ensure the employees were trained before starting and completing the asbestos abatement work. .
