29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a) 9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ, 08110, Die Correction: The junction box located on the Victor Milling Machine, #2350, was not provided with a cover approved for the purpose. The box was covered with duct tape, on or about 3/15/2017. b) 9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ, 08110, Foundry, Near Door labeled "DO NOT USE DOOR": A four inch by four inch metallic junction box, containing energized wires, was not provided with a cover, on or about 1/24/2017. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
