29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i):Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: a. Acid Room - On or about February 17, 2022, the were flexible cords and cables entering into a panel box through an unused opening and not provided with a fitting such as but not limited to a rubber grommet to prevent abrasion or damage to the insulation from the metallic opening, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
