29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(ii): Guards for inclined belts were not arranged in such a manner that a minimum clearance of seven (7) feet is maintained between belt and floor at any point outside of guard. Employees were exposed to injuries from rotating parts and ingoing nip points because vertical and inclined belt(s), located seven feet or less from the floor level, were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt. Employees were exposed to injuries from rotating parts and ingoing nip points because an exhaust fan used in the spray room had an unguarded belt and pulley.
