29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii):Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: b. Acid Room - On or about February 17, 2022, the Chem Heater electrical panel box was missing two breakers or blanks at the bottom of the dead front, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. c. Machine Room - On or about December 14, 2021, the MCC for the ammonia system off 2nd processing had an unused opening next to the PRR bucket, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
