29 CFR 1910.120(q)(2)(i): The employer did not develop and implement an emergency response plan to address pre-emergency planning and coordination with outside parties: a) Croda, Inc., New Castle, DE - On or about November 25, 2018, the employer failed to adequately protect employees from toxic exposure to ethylene oxide during an emergency release in that planning and coordination with outside parties, prior to an emergency, was not complete, contributing to employee exposure to toxic, fire, and explosion hazards posed by ethylene oxide.
