29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: a) 9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ, 08110- Building 8, Sutton 4 Press: Employees worked in the vicinity of and used electrical equipment including, but not limited to, a Circuit-Lock, pin and sleeve fused mechanical interlock, CAT NO HBL430MIF7W, 30 Amp, 480 VAC, 5 HP STD, 15 HP max, enclosure type 4X, 12K which was powering a 120V 15 Amp four inch by four inch (2 gang) electrical outlet where the conductors entering were not protected from abrasion, observed on or about 2/24/2017. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
