Storage areas for contaminated clothing and equipment shall have signs bearing the following legend: DANGER FORMALDEHYDE-CONTAMINATED [CLOTHING] EQUIPMENT MAY CAUSE CANCER CAUSES SKIN, EYE AND RESPIRATORY IRRITATION DO NOT BREATHE VAPOR DO NOT GET ON SKIN SCREEN PRINTING AREAS: On or about July 20, 2015, the employer had not posted signs where the used silk screens were stored to inform employees of the potential hazards of exposure to the formaldehyde on the screens from residual ink.
