29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a) Contract Wood Shop, on or about 4/15/15: Delta table saw used for ripping was not adequately guarded in that the guard was positioned up approximately 3 inches from the table and did not automatically adjust to the material being cut. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
