29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) East Wall; On or about January 22, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to shock and fire hazards from utilizing a flexible cord to power a panel saw located in the main manufacturing area on the eastern wall. b) Cabinet Shop; On or about January 22, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards from utilizing temporary power to provide a permanent power supply to equipment such as, but not limited to the spot light. c) Cabinet Shop; On or about January 22, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards from utilizing temporary power to provide a permanent power supply to equipment such as, but not limited to a relocatable power. d) Cabinet Shop; On or about January 22, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards from utilizing temporary power to provide a permanent power supply to equipment such as, but not limited to the building exhaust fan.
