29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i): The employer did not provide and ensure the usage of point of operation guards or properly applied point of operation devices on every operation performed on mechanical power presses. On or about July 8, 2014, employees were exposed to three instances of caught in hazards in that the employer did not provide adequate point of operation guards on the following machines: a) Edwards 100 Ton Ironworker. b) Kingsland Multi 70 Ironworker. c) Accurpress Bress Break.
