29 CFR 1910.178(n)(7)(iii): On all grades the load and load engaging means were not tilted back if applicable, and were not raised only as far as necessary to clear the road surface: a) At 4895 Old Louisville Rd, Garden City, GA in Warehouses 1 and 2, and the Lot: On or about December 16, 2022, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and crushing hazards, in that powered industrial trucks (PITs) were driven with a load fully raised by employees performing transfer operations and higher than necessary to clear the ground surface while loading the vehicles into containers for export.
