29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Central Paper Stock, Inc. located at 6665 Jonas Place in Berkeley, MO 63134: The employer is failing to install fixed wiring in leu of flexible cords. On or about 11/17/2021, the employer powered the plastic side dust collector scale with an extension cord.
