1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed: The employer does not ensure that unused openings in electrical disconnect panels are effectively closed. This violation was observed on or about January 16, 2019, at the facility, pre-punch knockouts on electrical panels were missing, exposing employees to electrical hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure that unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings are effectively closed
