29 CFR 1910.1027(f)(2)(iii): The employer's written compliance program to reduce employee exposure to cadmium to or below the permissible exposure limit (PEL) was not reviewed and updated at least annually, or more often if necessary, to reflect significant changes in the employer's compliance status: a) Furnace Department: On or about 4/5/2021, the written compliance plan for cadmium has not been updated since 10/6/2017 for employees exposed to cadmium ranging from 5.9 �g/m^3 - 19 �g/m^3 in excess of the PEL of 5 �g/m^3.
