29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(ii): Flexible cords were not used in continuous lengths without splice or tap: The employer does not ensure extension cords are used in continuous lengths. This violation was observed on or about May 31, 2019, an extension cord in Go-cart maintenance was observed spliced and wired directly to overhead ligh, exposing employees to electrical hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to flexible cords are used in continuous lengths without splice or tap.
