29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: a. Thigh Debone - On or about December 14, 2021, the receptacle in use in a wet location due to sanitation and constant moisture from processing at the thigh debone station was missing the receptacle cover designed to prevent water from entering into the outlet, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. b. Linco - On or about December 14, 2021, the receptacle in use in a wet location due to sanitation and constant moisture from processing near the stairs to the Linco was missing the receptacle cover designed to prevent water from entering into the outlet, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. c. Evisceration - On or about December 14, 2021, the receptacle in use in a wet location due to sanitation and constant moisture from processing was missing the receptacle cover designed to prevent water from entering into the outlet, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. d. Chemical Room - On or about February 17, 2022, the receptacle used for the fan was missing both its face plate and cover designed to prevent water from entering into the outlet, exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
