29 CFR 1910.1027(f)(1)(i): The employer did not implement engineering and work practice controls to reduce and maintain employee exposure to cadmium at or below the permissible exposure limit (PEL): a) Furnace Department: On or about 4/5/2021, feasible engineering and administrative controls were not implemented for employees exposed to cadmium ranging from 7 �g/m^3 - 19 �g/m^3 in excess of the PEL of 5 �g/m^3. b) RMPC Department: On or about 4/5/2021, feasible engineering and administrative controls were not implemented for employees exposed to cadmium at approximately 5.9 �g/m^3 in excess of the PEL of 5 �g/m^3.
