29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and/or cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors: The employer does not ensure that extension cords are not ran through walls. a) This violation was observed was on or about May 31, 2019, at the Prairie Schooner, an extension cord was observed protruding through the floor of the ride, exposing employees to electrical hazards. b) This violation was observed was on or about May 31, 2019, at the Caricture stand in Fort Frontier an extension cord was observed ryb through a hole in the wall, exposing employees to electrical hazards. c) This violation was observed was on or about May 31, 2019, at the Chuck Wagon in Fort Frontier, an extension cord was plugged into a pendant box used at the end of flex cord, exposing employees to electrical hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure extension cords are not ran through a holes at the facility.
