29 CFR 1910.303(e)(1)(ii): Electric equipment was used without markings giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary: The employer does not ensure electric panels are equipped with markings giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings. b) This violation was observed on or about January 16, 2019, located in the empty cylinder storage, a panel was observed without markings giving voltage, current, or wattage, exposing employees to electrical hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure electric panels are equipped with markings giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings.
