29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed. On or about May 12, 2016, in the Layout Department, the Steelweld shear, had sprockets and chains not fully guarded exposing employees to rotating parts and caught-in hazards. On or about May 31, 2016, in the Filter Tex Department, the Rando Machine, Line 303, had sprockets and chains not fully guarded exposing employees to rotating parts and caught-in hazards.
