29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to travel with the load trailing whenever the load obstructed forward view: a) At 4895 Old Louisville Rd, Garden City, GA 31408 in Warehouses 1 and 2, and the Lot: On or about December 16, 2022, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and crushing hazards, in that powered industrial trucks were not operated with the load trailing when the load obstructed the forward view of employees that performed vehicle transfer operations.
