29 CFR 1910.303(b)(6):Conductors or equipment were located in damp or wet locations; where exposed to gases, fumes, vapors, liquids, or other agents that had a deteriorating effect on the conductors or equipment; or where exposed to excessive temperatures and were not identified for use in the operating environment: a. Acid Room - On or about February 17, 2022, the corner electrical panel box was rusting and deteriorated from the effects of exposure to deteriorating agents allowing for accumulation of liquid inside the panel and rust to develop on the breaker terminals, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. b. Acid Room - On or about February 17, 2022, the Chem Heater electrical panel box was rusting and deteriorated from the effects of exposure to deteriorating agents allowing for accumulation of liquid inside the panel and rust to develop on the breaker terminals, exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
