29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs seven feet or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt. On or about June 1, 2016, in Building MDPTC, Pem Line, the horizontal belts on the transport belt roller was not adequately guarded exposing employees to caught-in hazards. On or about May 12, 2016, in Building 155, Layout Department, the horizontal belts on the plate roller machine was not adequately guarded exposing employees to caught-in hazards.
