29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a/ Inside of Building #2, specifically the Draw Bench Line, on 09/09/15 and 10/07/15, flexible cord sets (extension cords) ran under a hand washing basin. These cord sets were used to supply power to a heating device and served as a substitute for fixed wiring. b/ Inside of the Main Building, specifically the locker room, a Type SO flexible cord was used to power a permanently mounted electric hair dryer. This flexible cord was used as a substitute for permanent wiring.
