29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(2)(i): Hepatitis B vaccine was not made available as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours, to unvaccinated first aid providers who have rendered assistance in any situation involving the presence of blood or other potentially infectious material. COMPANY-WIDE: On or about January 23, 2014, the company had not made Hepatitis B vaccinations available to employees who had been designated first aid providers who responded when an employee sustained an injury involving blood loss. The company had designated three employees as responders in the event that someone is injured.
