Minn. Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees; and Employees walking in the aisle were not protected from possible molten metal spill or splatter when molten metal was being transferred from the furnace to the ladle for the tru-line permanent molds. The molten metal was being transferred from the furnace to the ladle in the direction of the aisle, which was directly adjacent to the ladle.nt
