29 CFR 1910.305 (j)(1)(iv): Fixtures installed in wet or damp locations were not approved for the purpose and were not so constructed or installed that water could not enter or accumulate in wireways, lamp holders or other electrical parts: a) Oficina - On or about September 29, 2022, and times prior thereto, a light fixture was installed and used in a wet and damp location due to the roof leaking with clear plastic secured around the fixture to capture accumulating water leaking, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.
