29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air was used for cleaning purposes and was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i. with effective chip guarding and personal protective equipment: Central Paper Stock, Inc. located at 6665 Jonas Place in Berkeley, MO 63134: The employer is failing to protect employees from flying objects and debris while using compressed air greater than 30 p.s.i. without effective chip guarding and personal protective equipment. This condition was most recently observed on or about 11/17/2021, where employees cleaned forklifts and themselves, with compressed air that was regulated at 100 p.s.i.
