29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: a) 9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ, 08110- Building 6, Sutton 3 Extrusion Press: Employees used electrical equipment including, but not limited to, the press control box, TZC Assistant Box U02, Model DY2490 02 06, Serial S5013805 on the Sutton 3 press where buttons were missing and the box was open to the environment, observed on or about 2/8/2017. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
