29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) On or about 11/8/2016, In the facility: The Tumbler had an unused interlock circuit which was left hanging from the bottom of the machine, with metal washers weighing it down. b) On or about 11/8/2016, In the facility: The Tumbler had a metal condulete box with a flexible cord leading from it, the cord was pulled away from the condulete box. c) On or about 11/8/2016, In the facility: The Tumbler had metal condulete boxes with rigid conduit pulled away from the boxes, exposing wiring. d) On or about 11/8/2016, In the facility: The Tumbler had a splice in its supply line which was made outside of a rigid box. e) On or about 11/8/2016, In the facility: The foot control for power press number seven had a damaged electrical cable. Abatement certification is required for this item.
