29 CFR 1910.1025(i)(3)(iii): The employer did not assure that employees who were required to shower pursuant to paragraph (i)(3)(i) did not leave the workplace wearing any clothing or equipment worn during the work shift. a. Kremer's Guns LLC located in Celina, Ohio: The employer did not ensure employees who were over exposed to lead while performing bi-monthly cleaning operations in the shooting range changed their work shoes prior to leaving. On May 21, 2015, an employee was over exposed to lead at 909 ug/m3 when cleaning the shooting range which exceeded the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 ug/m3 by 1818%.
